Kevin Rayls was born in Kokomo, Indiana. He studied chemistry at Indiana University. He earned his medical degree from Indiana University in 1990. He went on to study general surgery at St. Joseph Mercy Community Healthcare System in Pontiac, MI. He is certified by The American Board of Surgery. He has served as the Chief of Surgery at Sunrise Hospital as well as the Chief of Staff at Southern Hills Hospital and Spring Valley Hospital. He is a member of the Clark County Medical Society. He has received numerous distinctions, including being named one of America’s Top Surgeons consistently over the last number of years. He was listed as a Top Doctor by Las Vegas Life magazine on several occasions. He has been given a commendation by the American Medical Association. Stephen Horsley was born in Rockford, Illinois. He studied Spanish at Brigham Young University. He served a two year volunteer mission to Argentina. He studied medicine at La Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara, and later at New York Medical College. He received his medical degree in 2002. He went on to study general surgery at the University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ. He is certified by The American Board of Surgery. He has served as the Chief of Surgery at Southern Hills Hospital. He is a member of the Clark County Medical Society, He has received several distinctions, including receiving his Eagle Scout award, being awarded the Charles L. Witte Surgical Intern of the Year award, as well as being named to the list of Top Docs by Vegas Seven magazine for the past three years. He has been practicing in Las Vegas since 2007.
